The staff here is very friendly, the setting is nice, with very comfortable beds, central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV.

stayed here for 3 days, liked the hotel, it was overall clean with favourable and unbeatable location to go back early to the airport.

The location is marvellous and magnificent and really close to the historical centre of Naples and THE shopping street and the historic center. They have Hearing Accessible rooms with a great bed as well as a painted ceiling and care about everyone. A special thanks to super-friendly and fairly friendly staff.

The rooms here are newly renovated and cozy with a beautifully painted ceiling, a comfortable bed, and effective air conditioning, creating a peaceful atmosphere.

The location is very convenient. The staff were as helpful as employees can possibly be.

I did not like the fact that there was no lighting on the very dark steep stairwell at night.The staff were as helpful as they were able during a an electrical cut-off at the hotel. Torches and candles were not made available, so it was rather daunting and the courtyard was extremely dark as well. The front door had to be left open as it was electrically operated .
